To support our rebranding initiative, we seized the unique opportunity to claim a fresh new message and distinct personality through video. The Jack Henry™ voice is that of an advocate – we are empathetic, honest, and passionate about the things that matter most to our associates, our clients, and our clients’ customers, members, and businesses.

These three videos were created with our internal and external audiences in mind and have been featured on several of our channels to build excitement around the launch of the rebrand, increase brand recognition, and showcase who we are in distinct ways.

Brand Expression and Reveal

This video was developed and produced entirely by our in-house Creative team to drive internal excitement and positivity around Jack Henry’s new essential brand elements – our logo, color palette, bold typography, line elements, and visual style. Here, we show our evolution to one brand that looks and feels confident, empowering, accessible, empathetic, genuine, and dynamic. This video debuted at our July sales and marketing event and was live-streamed companywide during our associate town hall. 

“How It Helps”

The “How It Helps” video was developed and produced in a partnership with Blue Marble Media, a creative agency based in Atlanta, and captures why we do what we do at Jack Henry. For over 45 years, we have provided financial services to strengthen the connections between financial institutions and the businesses and communities they serve – by seeing them as people first and focusing on how we can help them. This video was shown to our clients and prospects during our inaugural Jack Henry Connect conference and coincided with the brand relaunch activities. 

“Connections”

Our Connections video was also developed and produced in a partnership with Blue Marble Media, and is featured prominently on our website’s homepage, jackhenry.com. At Jack Henry, we believe that the world is a better place with community and regional financial institutions. And we intend to keep it that way. This video represents our commitment to advocate and innovate for the people we serve – our associates, financial institutions and their accountholders, our partners, and our shareholders.
