While initially focused on creating excitement and increasing the share of voice in the industry, the Jack Henry Lending brand's launch became an opportunity to rise to the challenge created by the pandemic.

Jack Henry Lending is a team of innovators committed to making loans more accessible to borrowers in their moments of need through simplified digital experiences. We help banks and credit unions support their customers and members. By empowering those relationships, these organizations can better support their accountholders in more meaningful ways – helping them face financial challenges and opportunities with confidence. 

The brand launch engaged our audience with strategic content, starting a very relevant conversation of how the pandemic has impacted lending and ways banks and credit unions can better provide accessible lending solutions to their communities. 

Through this launch, we established the Jack Henry Lending brand with the goal of creating awareness, meaning, and credibility in the industry. We accomplished this by combining creative campaign tactics, paid content placements and advertising, and hosting engaging virtual events like our 2020 Jack Henry Lending Summit. The microsite became a valuable resource center for our audience and our brand videos that introduced the mission and capabilities of Jack Henry Lending.

The design of the Jack Henry Lending brand reflects our people-centric approach. We use photography featuring people as the heroes with a focus on experiences (aspirational or everyday moments) that are relatable to our clients and their lending customers. The teal gradient color palette provides a visually appealing accent to frame typography and images. This palette also works well with the Jack Henry navy blue color which is a key part of our corporate parent brand.

The tone for Jack Henry Lending is confident, insightful, and approachable. This messaging, along with our tagline, Borrower-Focused Digital Technology, positions the brand as a forward-thinking, trusted partner for our clients.
