Jack Henry Digital Brand Launch
The launch of Jack Henry Digital defined and established the brand while increasing awareness, meaning, and credibility in the industry. The Jack Henry Digital brand philosophy is that effective technology doesn’t need to be constantly top-of-mind for our clients’ customers. It’s technology they can depend on. It’s technology that’s there when they need it, and in the background as they’re living their lives.
Jack Henry Digital positions our clients as champions and advocates for their customers. Through our partnership, banks and credit unions can provide peace of mind and confidence to their customers with human-centric financial solutions they can trust.
The brand launch engaged our audience with strategic content intended to promote a people-first philosophy for community financial services in a digital world. We accomplished this by combining creative campaign tactics, supporting content, and advertising. The microsite created for the brand became a valuable resource center to our audience and acted as a platform to introduce the mission and capabilities of Jack Henry Digital.
The brand design features a blue gradient column which creates a recognizable design element. The gradient column can also be used to create the impression that a person or object in a photo is in front of that element while also providing an anchor for our copy in any deliverable. The photography used for the brand consists of lifestyle images where people are the heroes with the focus being on experiences – aspirational or everyday moments. Photos do not need to directly show technology or devices. Showcasing what happens after the moment of need (or the moment of resolution) provides an opportunity to share what customers experience when they aren’t weighed down by difficult or unreliable financial technology.
Jack Henry Digital is part of a group of brand categories under the Jack Henry umbrella. This group includes Jack Henry Lending and Jack Henry Payments as well. All brands have a shared logo style using the parent corporate brand “Jack Henry” logo in navy blue with the category name added to the end.
The tone for Jack Henry Digital is honest, innovative, and connected. This messaging, along with our tagline, Human-Inspired Banking Technology, positions the brand as a trusted partner and advocate for our clients and their customers/members.
