This mailer introduces the Jack Henry 2021 Golden Circle event location with a meaningful gift and elegantly designed materials highlighting the Sea Island resort. 

The enclosed brochure provides an overview of the resort and activities in the surrounding area for attendees. The messaging throughout all of the creative items is crafted to be compelling and motivational for the team while increasing excitement about the event.

Combining an illustrated emblem, contemporary typography, and a blue gradient palette with a golden accent color, the 2021 event logo is designed as a modern, sophisticated representation of the coastal beauty and relaxed luxury of the Sea Island Resort. 

The gift – a leather-bound journal – features the logo embossed on the cover. An inspirational letter to the team printed on a custom-designed 2021 Golden Circle letterhead is also included. As part of the invitation mailer design, a semi-translucent vellum belly band wraps around the letter and the brochure. All items are enclosed in a metallic navy blue bubble envelope with a custom mailing label.
